These terms govern the retirement planning and management advisory consultations and planning engagements offered by NetAnchor Financial Planning Co., Ltd. By requesting or receiving an engagement, you accept these terms.

2. What we provide
We provide fee-only financial planning and management advisory consultations and written planning engagements focused on retirement preparation. We do not sell investment products, insurance, or managed portfolios, and we do not receive commission from any third party for any recommendation in a plan.
3. Engagements and fees
Each engagement is defined in a one-page engagement letter naming the scope, the deliverable, and a fixed fee in Thai Baht (THB). No work begins until you approve the engagement letter. Fees for current engagements are listed on our services page and are confirmed in the engagement letter.
4. What a plan is — and is not
A retirement income plan is a written analysis based on the documents and goals you provide, modelled across reasonable scenarios. It is not a guarantee of investment returns, a forecast of future markets, or investment advice to buy or sell any specific security. We state all material assumptions and limitations in the plan document.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information and documents when requested.
- Tell us promptly about material changes (income, dependants, health, assets).
- Understand that the plan's accuracy depends on the accuracy of the information you give us.
6. Cancellation and refund
Cancellation, rescheduling and refund conditions are set out in full in our refund policy. In brief: you may cancel free of charge before the analysis phase begins; work already delivered is non-refundable.
7. Confidentiality
We hold your personal and financial information in confidence and handle it in line with our privacy policy and Thailand's PDPA. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing.
8. Limitation of liability
Our liability for any engagement is limited to the fee paid for that engagement. We are not liable for losses arising from market movements, your implementation of the plan, or information you did not disclose to us.
9. No advice until an engagement exists
Information on this website is general in nature and is not personal financial advice. Personal advice is provided only within a signed engagement, based on your specific circumstances.
10. Governing law
These terms and any engagement are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chiang Mai, Thailand.
