How a planning engagement actually runs
A retirement plan is only useful if you understand the assumptions inside it. Our process is built so that nothing in your final plan is a black box — every number traces back to a document you gave us.
- 1
Discovery conversation
A free 30-minute call. We listen for three things: the age you want to stop earning, who depends on you financially, and what you are most worried about in retirement. You do not need any documents ready for this call.
- 2
Engagement letter and fixed fee
If we both think we can help, we send a one-page engagement letter naming the scope, the deliverable, and a fixed fee in THB. You pay only after you approve the letter. No work starts before that.
- 3
Secure intake
You share statements, provident fund summaries, insurance policies and a goals questionnaire. We confirm what is missing before any analysis begins, so we never model on guesses.
- 4
Analysis and scenario modelling
We build your cashflow, project a drawdown sequence across market downturns, Thai inflation history and longer-than-expected longevity, and identify the gaps between your current path and the retirement you described on the discovery call.
- 5
Plan presentation
A 90-minute working session where we walk through your written plan, the assumptions behind each number, and the specific actions for the next 12 months. You leave with the document.
- 6
Implementation support
For the following 90 days we are available to help you action the plan — adjusting contributions, rebalancing, and setting up your drawdown structure. This is included in the engagement fee, not billed separately.
An honest fit check before you pay us anything.
This engagement is for households within roughly 10 years of retirement who want a written, defensible drawdown plan. It is not for people looking for stock tips, a managed portfolio, or a get-rich-quick projection. If what you need is investment management rather than planning, we will say so on the discovery call and not take the engagement.
