This policy explains what personal data NetAnchor Financial Planning collects, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA, B.E. 2562 / 2019).

2. What we collect
We collect only the personal data needed to respond to an inquiry and, if you proceed, to deliver a planning engagement:
- Contact details you submit through the inquiry form: name, email, optional phone number, and the message you write.
- Consent preference stored locally in your browser under the key
netanchor_consent_v1(see our cookies policy). - Financial documents you choose to share if you proceed to a paid engagement (statements, provident fund summaries, insurance policies). These are collected only after a signed engagement letter.

4. How your inquiry is handled
The inquiry form on this site submits directly to a handler on this same domain (/api/inquiry). Your message is not sent to any third-party form service, email marketing tool, or customer-relationship platform. We use your details only to reply to you.
5. Analytics and third-party tracking
None. This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third-party tracking scripts. No data about your visit is shared with any advertising or analytics company.
6. Retention
- Inquiry messages: retained for up to 12 months after our last correspondence, then deleted unless you become a client.
- Client engagement records: retained for the duration of the engagement plus 5 years to meet ordinary accounting and professional-record obligations, then securely deleted.
- Consent preference: kept in your browser only, until you clear it.
7. Your rights under PDPA
- Right to be informed about how your data is used (this policy).
- Right to access and obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to delete your data, subject to record-keeping obligations.
- Right to withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.
- Right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC), Thailand.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@netanchor.click with the subject "PDPA request". We respond within 30 days.
8. Security
Inquiry data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access to client documents is restricted to the planner assigned to your engagement. We do not store payment card details — fees are invoiced and paid by bank transfer.
9. Cross-border transfer
We operate from Thailand and store data within Thailand. If you correspond with us from outside Thailand, your message will be processed in Thailand under PDPA. We do not transfer personal data to other countries for processing.
10. Children
This site and our services are intended for adults planning for retirement. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practice or in PDPA. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
